Unlike magical spells, Donna’s psionics come as naturally to her as speaking or walking; no runes, reagents, or incantations are necessary for their use because they’re essential to her existence. Also like speaking or walking, she can stutter or stumble, occasionally committing errors in her usage.

Gravikinesis

Having been born from a void spawn, Donna can innately manipulate her own gravitational pull to a very modest degree. Although her mass remains unaffected, she can levitate above ground or water at a level just above her own height, and she can float in any direction at the same speed as a light morning run. This also allows her to hold on to moving objects or people and ‘tag along’ without burdening them. Falling from great heights don’t pose a danger to her.

Using the same internal control, she can lift objects with her mind of roughly her own body weight, and she’s much more dexterous using this method to manipulate objects than with her hands. She can move these objects as fast as she could throw them physically, though with more accuracy (if she threw an object physically, there’s a 50-50 chance she’d somehow hit herself with it instead of the target). Her ability to move and carry multiple objects in this way is limited by her brain’s ability to multitask.

Materialization

From thin air, Donna can create simulacra of objects and people up to the size of a monster or large person. These homunculi have no free will and are essentially and necessarily bound to her. Even without instructions, their natural inclination is to serve her wellbeing. They’re useful for performing tasks which she can’t be bothered to herself, or to distract attention from her.

These simulacra are unstable, however, because they’re a false semblance of life. Imitations of organic beings are grey, distorted, and weak. Food which she creates in this way is less nutritional, and tastes less sweet, than the real thing; people whom she creates in this way have no souls. Anything she constructs will crumble to dust in less than an hour unless she spends an inordinate amount of uninterrupted time willing them into more stable existence.

Psychometry

When close to another sentient being, Donna can recall their past experiences just as she would her own memories. She doesn’t experience this as vividly as she does her own memories, but the method is the same. In addition, she doesn’t experience the person’s thoughts or feelings associated with the memory. The closer she stands to the person, the deeper she can delve into their past; upon physical contact, she can flip through their entire life like pages of a book even without their consent, although they’ll be aware that she’s doing something to them via a sixth-sense type of feeling.

This can cause her to appear presumptuous as she sometimes assumes she knows more about the memory than she really does, causing offense when she talks out of turn about other people’s pasts. When she hedges her words, however, she can gain insight into a person’s current behavior to a certain extent, as well as gauge their honesty in retelling events.

Due to her long lifespan, Donna has had time to gain a handful of skills she grasps rather well. Her formal education ended at a schoolhouse for children where the headmaster accepted her out of pity, but she has decades of practical experience with the below.

Languages

Donna has forgotten more languages that most people ever learned. As she traverses various worlds, she picks up trade languages from locals through interacting for basic necessities. She never masters these languages, but she’s developed methods for quickly figuring out which words are most important for day-to-day business. Once she moves on from a locale, she eventually forgets them.

Networking

Her lack of an inherent identity or racial group has required her to both value helpful people and to display that value. She easily remembers names, details, and past experiences with people, and will readily tell them so - even at awkward or inappropriate times. That is her subconscious attempt to establish rapport with people whom she can rely on not to swindle or cheat her. Those who value her assistance and business right back may be delighted at her ability to remember and maintain ties with them, although they’ll need to be prepared for her occasionally embarrassing and obtuse comments.

Sleight of Hand

Early in her life, she realized that her ability to move objects with her mind entertained children and village folk. In order to support herself, she used her powers to perform street magic such as card reading and tricks on the naked eye. Although she’s no longer reliant on this for work, she can still perform little tricks such as these at parties and other social settings.

Donna’s origin as a spawn of the void has lent her a physiology which, while adapted to terrestrial environments, is still distinct from humans and most humanoids.

Aberrant Aura

Her nature as an aberration from beyond the stars can be detected by people with magical or scientific talents to identify abnormalities. In addition, working animals trained to guard their masters on most worlds will react poorly to her presence even when she’s disguised. The result is that hiding and stealth are highly difficult for her.

Dimensional Shambler

Her parent entity’s ability to cross dimensions has been retained as a regressive trait. Although she lacks the ability to traverse realities on her own, she can easily do so when assisted by others. She can take advantage of portals, phase shifting, and planar travel without either discomfort or costly rituals, and her ability to cross over can be repeated ad nauseam without adverse effects.

Eldritch Anatomy

Although her skin is very soft to the touch, it folds and rolls under the pressure of a blade, making it very difficult for her to be punctured or sliced with all but the finest of enchanted weapons. The amount of blunt force trauma needed to harm her is also high, similar to that needed to harm a bear or bull. She can also survive in a vacuum without physical harm, though she’ll eventually need to breathe air again. Conversely, high-pressure environments are uncomfortable for her and can even cause her to pass out where humans and humanoids could simply cover their ears and flee.

Magical Ineptitude

Donna is fascinated by magic, but she lacks the talent for it. At one point she’d almost learned to cast a cantrip to change the color of food, but she never could figure it out. Even as she claims to greatly respect magic, she doesn’t comprehend the amount of practice and study involved, and she doesn’t properly acknowledge the effort spent by those who’re skilled in it. Consequently, she doesn’t readily recognize types of magical spells, even those to which she’s resistant such as mind control, and her knowledge of magic is that of a lay person.

Void (where prohibited)

Because her material and spiritual composition is so different from that of terrestrial-evolved species, neither Donna’s mind nor soul can be detected. Attempts at mind control or soul binding aren’t blocked; they simply fail to locate her, as if her inner self is invisible to aggressors. Common parasites as well as attempts to drain her life will fail in spectacular fashion and result in a temporal disturbance. On the flip side, conventional and magic healing and curation only rarely succeed in helping her.
